KSC has many years of experience creating custom fabrication pieces for our client’s architectural façade needs. We fabricate a wide range of architectural metalwork with precise accuracy, utilizing perforated metals, anodized aluminum, woodgrain aluminum, curves as well as painted and polished panels.

We own and operate one of the largest CNC machines in the United States, which gives us the ability to create any kind of custom fabrication pieces from the simple to the complex. Being able to expertly manage a project’s complete design, fabrication, and installation process allows us to maintain the highest level of quality standards and workmanship during every phase of construction. Our in-house fabrication capabilities have saved our clients’ money and shortened project completion timelines.

KSC’s custom fabrication team is also able to create full-scale mock-ups of building exteriors, which allows us to troubleshoot any potential problems ahead of time and also conduct feasibility tests which are designed to virtually eliminate the need for time-consuming field assembly of fabricated components.
