Vesper – In Process

The Rainey Street District in Austin continues to expand its footprint in the growing city with the inclusion of a new, mixed-use residential tower – Vesper. Standing at 41-stories, the 270,000 SF high rise will offer 284 residential units and amenities including a rooftop pool with cabanas, an outdoor kitchen, clubhouse, fitness center with private spin and yoga studios, co-working space, and a public art gallery on the first floor.

In an area known for its nightlife, the building’s design conveys a sense of unpretentious luxury with a high-desert feel. Named after James Bond’s favorite cocktail, Vesper will have a clean, contemporary, and comfortable aesthetic that pairs nicely with the city’s unique artisan culture.

Co-developers Pearlstone Partners and ATCO Properties are working with STG Design and AECOM Hunt to bring this stunning tower to life. Tasked with assisting in the design phase, KSC is working with the project partners to create an aesthetically pleasing custom parking garage screen that adds an additional wow factor to the building’s exterior.

Our Texas fabrication and installation teams worked with 14,000 SF of locally sourced, formed, powder-coated and post painted aluminum plate and aluminum composite panels within the screen’s design utilizing the EFS 1000 system and KSC 3000 systems.
