Twelve Cowboys Way
Twelve Cowboys Way is a 17-story luxury residential tower built by O’Brien Architects and Rogers-O’Brien Construction overlooking the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters at The Star in Frisco. The design, product, and quality of our work is truly on display for everyone to see at this first-of-its-kind residence that combines luxury living, elite accommodations, and unparalleled access.
The project included a variety of KSC work including pool soffit on the amenity deck, the Porte cochere, louvers, and, most memorably, the bold star-patterned garage screen. The one-of-a-kind star-themed prefabricated garage screen panels create an intricate and unique façade that is a stunning addition to The Star District.
In addition to the design and fabrication of the materials, our Unitized Systems allowed for speedy installation and a higher quality end result.
Our work on Twelve Cowboys Way was selected as a 2020 TEXO Award winner in both the exterior and specialty work categories and the 2020 ENR Specialty Construction Best Project in our region.
