The Monarch Hall Park
Known for its natural beauty and engaging art work, the Hall Park development in Frisco ensures convenience, entertainment, and lifestyle amenities are easily accessible to all within its campus. The campus includes 15 completed buildings and encompasses 2.2 million square feet of office, retail, and parking.
HALL Group embarked on the development of a residential tower, The Monarch, that would offer a food hall, hotel, and prime office space. To ensure the project’s success, they sought the assistance of project partners WDG Architecture and Andres Construction who employed KSC’s help. Our role was to help choose materials that would align with the artful characteristics of Hall Park while staying within the construction budget. We designed a garage screen system that harmonized with the development’s aesthetic. To enhance the project’s visual appeal, perforated formed metal panels were imported from Germany and paired with aluminum composite to deliver this large and complex project successfully.
The introduction of a new development within the area is a significant milestone in the long-term vision for the campus and represents a transformative shift from a singular focus on office space to the creation of a vibrant, urban-like, mixed-use community. This evolution brings forth a dynamic environment that caters to diverse needs and fosters a sense of community within Hall Park.
