The challenges had reached a critical stage when the developer of this office building finally called in KSC.

For one thing, the number of penetrations made the project extremely complex. For another, time was running out: another contractor had already bailed because it looked too challenging.

Troubleshooting was extensive, but KSC came through, completing the work on time within this 66-acre, master-planned, mixed-use development in one of Austin’s emerging high-tech areas with IE2 Construction and STG Design.
