Ryan Tower

Plano, TX

Ryan Tower is a 23-story, 400,000 SF Class AA office building located at Legacy West in Plano and serves as the new world headquarters for Ryan, LLC, among other tenants. The tower provides urban walkability and amenities including an onsite fitness center, multiple conference rooms, a tenant lounge, café, structured parking, bike storage, and manicured green space to complement the growing surroundings of the area. 

Designed to be a virtually column-free workplace, Gensler and Ryan Companies created an office that showcases verticality, clean lines, and masterful detailing. The project is meant to reflect the prestige of its anchor tenant and promote the workplace of the future. 

KSC was tapped for design assistance, custom fabrication, and installation of a parking garage solution that would suit the high caliber of the project and not deter from the overall building design. Working with over 38,000 SF of post painted aluminum plate, aluminum composite, and Parklex Prodema, the garage features both the KSC 3000 ventilated rain screen and KSC EFS 1000 façade system.
