Designed by GDA Architects and brought to life by SLC Commercial Construction, Novē at Knox is a 19-story, high-end residential tower, situated in the bustling Knox/Henderson district with unobstructed views of Downtown Dallas.
The property includes over 300 units, multiple outdoor amenity spaces, and luxury touches like aluminum fabrication that stand out among materials seen in surrounding area buildings.
Professional parking garage screening was a necessity for this 25,000 sq. ft. facility, completed in February of 2021. Meticulously crafted with luxury in mind, KSC utilized 2100 ventilated rain-screen panels for the garage.
The architectural screens that were installed truly enhance the patron experience with added protection and a customized, unique look that seamlessly fits within the overall project aesthetic.
