Norman Regional Health System
The HealthPlex, which was initially built in 2009 with future growth in mind for the Norman Regional Health System, reached a stage where expansion was required due to an increase in patient volume. Consolidating all medical services in one location not only reduced confusion for patients and their families when seeking urgent medical care, but also helped lower Norman Regional’s overall operating costs.
BW Norman III, LLC required the services of a specialized contractor with both design and engineering expertise to create and install a parking garage screen within the designated project timeline. With the support of JE Dunn and Hammel Green and Abrahamson, Inc., the client’s vision for the building was successfully brought to life through the use of custom extruded aluminum tubes and custom heavy gauge perforated aluminum.
KSC utilized 3D scanning & BIM to create detailed designs for a custom garage screen featuring post anodized aluminum plates. Furthermore, KSC assisted in every phase of the project by creating thorough shop drawings, fabricating the panels, and coordinating their installation.
