Hilltop Plaza

Hilltop Plaza is a mixed-use development designed and built by Omniplan and Rogers O’Brien located in the University Park area of Dallas. The project features 80,000 SF of office space, 41,000 SF of restaurant and retail space, and below-grade parking for over 600 cars as a full renovation to a vacant building connected to the lively Snider Plaza. Hilltop Plaza provides an inviting atmosphere via an outdoor pedestrian plaza and ground-floor retail activations.

KSC fabricated and installed the aluminum composite façade panels and perforated garage screens utilizing the KSC 2100 series rainscreen system.
