2010 East 6th Street is a 115,000 SF creative office space designed and built by Beck Group located in the trendy and growing area of East Austin.

The first of its kind in the area, the building features three floors of large, flexible floor plans sitting on top of four levels of both underground and above-ground garage parking. The building provides ample amenities including outdoor activity space, indoor bike storage, and shaded landscape screens. The project is also located within walking distance to a variety of dining, retail, and entertainment options.

KSC fabricated and installed the aluminum composite façade panels along with the custom perforated garage screens. 

The KSC 2100 series rainscreen system was attached to the building with a unique mounting system that reduces thermal conductivity and improves the energy performance of the structure.

This project received the 2019 Outstanding Construction Project award from the Austin Chapter of the Associated General Contractors.
