The 176,000 SF Rodriguez Middle School in Oak Point was built and designed by Corgan and Balfour Beatty back in 2017. Within the building, each grade level is separated into its own wing that includes flexible collaboration spaces and multiple outdoor learning environments.
KSC’s fabrication and installation of the phenolic composite screens and utilization of the unitized system helped bring together a unique flexible learning environment for this Denton ISD school.
