The Cypress Waters development includes luxury offices, multi-family residential units, and retail waterfront spaces that are cohesively tied together with a breathtaking metal design, created by KSC. The facility and unique metalwork are on full display in a natural environment that allows corporate life to intermingle with nature. The office buildings offer everything today’s North Texas clientele could want – efficient space with a wealth of amenities, close proximity to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, and ample parking.

The KSC team worked hand in hand with O’Brien Architects and Rogers – O’Brien Construction to ideate and design site specific drawings in accordance with the architectural plans. We also used 3D laser scanning to accurately measure and create the final aluminum composite material (ACM) product with computer numerical control (CNC) machining.

The ACM utilized for this project was finished with a simulated rusted metal; a look that has become highly desirable and doesn’t run-off, stain, or harm the surrounding natural environment. We incorporated this modern trend into a customized building façade that will remain rustic yet elegant for years to come.

Additionally, as the office buildings are tilt-up concrete structures that rise quickly, our client needed a specialty contractor who was up to the complex task of developing to that design.
