Gensler Austin and BECK knew their eye-catching design for this high-rise office building was sure to catch the critical eye of main tenant Google. The surface cladding at the entrance and on the penthouse, where Google staff would gather regularly to admire the rest of the downtown skyline, was especially prominent.
So the search went out for a company that could meet the high standards of everyone involved. The result was KSC.
Making sure all components matched in color, KSC seamlessly integrated four systems: metal plates, Aluminum Composite Material, storm-resistant louvers, and concealed profile panels. KSC also completed the cavity-wall insulation on this high-profile, LEED-certified project high above busy downtown traffic.
