KSC leads the industry in the design, fabrication, and installation of aluminum extrusion systems. Utilizing an extrusion press, aluminum billets are heated almost to the melting point and then forced through a die to achieve a desired shape or profile.

The product exits the die in a continuous ribbon, which can be cut into the proper length needed for a specific project. Aluminum extrusion has been utilized on a wide variety of building facades, parking garage screens and window glazing.

The product’s strength-to-weight ratio is very high, which can be a significant benefit in many structural applications.
