Block 23

Gensler Austin knew their design for this high-rise office building would catch the eye, especially the critical eye of main tenant Google. And especially the surface cladding at the entrance and on the penthouse, where Google staff would gather regularly to admire the rest of the downtown skyline.

So the search went out for a company that could meet the high standards of everyone involved. The result was KSC.

Making sure all components matched in color, KSC seamlessly integrated four systems–metal plates, Aluminum Composite Material, storm-resistant louvers, and concealed profile panels, also completing the cavity-wall insulation on a high-profile, LEED certified project, all of it high above busy downtown traffic.
